Moon Knight 2099UGR
The Downtown Buzzbin:_

So begins the first post of a new style web haven for the Moon Knight 2099UGR mini-series and ongoing series. I'm Jason McDonald, digital author and your cyberspace companion in navigating the vastness that is this website. Although, my navigation skills are mostly limited to laughing cruelly at you while chunging a diet coke. You're welcome.

Seriously, though. This is the main website for my Moon Knight series. Maybe I'll post other fanfic here, maybe some art, maybe some other bits. If I truly feel the need. Or...if I can get off my lazy arse and actually DO something for once.

Wish me luck. We'll both need it.

Burned into rom:

Moon Knight 2099UGR #1: "Glimmer" by Jason McDonald
This is where it all started, folks! A strange, nameless man discovers himself naked and alone in the bowels of a lonely cargo ship headed for the bio-waste hazard zone of Detroit. And when he makes his second discovery, all HELL breaks loose! It all snowballs from here in a tale I like to call "Glimmer"!

Moon Knight 2099UGR #2: "Silver Lining" by Jason McDonald
Escaping that cargo transport has left him with nearly every bone in his body shattered seemingly beyond repair. As corporate forces amass to cover up the transport fiasco and re-capture their lost specimen, our hero is left to fend for himself against the gleeful psychosis of an electronic "how-to" manual hidden inside his nanotech suit. Shockin' Hel, what kinda "Silver Lining" is this?

Moon Knight 2099UGR #3: "Hope's Beacon" by Jason McDonald
Marq, newlyfound psuedonym for our poor, amnesiac hero, has remembered his wife through a haze of muddled and agonizing flashbacks. Using what few pieces of his past he has, he embarks on a heroic quest towards the unflattering prestige of Uptown New York City, earning himself a tussle with the local pay cops: The Watchdogs.

What's worse....they seem to KNOW him? Uh-oh. And what's more, poor ol' Marq finds out first-hand a weakness in his genetic armor that may turn him into an unwilling bomb! Amidst all this, can Marq successfully put together his past? Give this a clickeroo and see for yourself!

Moon Knight 2099UGR #4: "Eclipse" by Jason McDonald
Marq has discovered his home, his wife, his brother, and his life once again! His constant, torturous flashbacks have led him back home now, and all that's left is evacuating the city before Stark/Fujikawa steals that life away once again. The forces behind this twisted megacorporation will stop at NOTHING to re-acquire their lost property, now that they've seen Marq's true potential in action. And to that end, they've dispatched lethal SIEGE agents to reattain their lost puppet, as well as one special, lethal, disciplined warrior that could very well take down the shining knight for good.

Moon Knight 2099UGR #5: "Shining Crescent" by Jason McDonald
It all comes down to this! The answers to the burning questions behind Marq's origin! The armor, the flashbacks, the principal architects behind the conspiracy and certainly, why Marq forgot his entire life in the first place! Inside the inner halls of the Stark/Fujikawa complex, Marq finally puts the pieces together, learns why his own memories led him astray, and defines the mission that will guide the Moonlight Knight to protect the citizens of Downtown from all those above who seek to take advantage of the beleaguered masses.

Of course, he's got to escape the lion's den first. A den filled with killer securi-driods, soulless Watchdogs, armored SIEGE units and one very psychotic bastard with a sword. It's a breakneck fight to the finish, and the finale to the Moon Knight 2099UGR Limited Series, in SHINING CRESCENT! And so it begins....

Ongoing series progressing. Watch this space..._
